Illness
What do I do if I get sick and can’t make my session? Contact me ASAP and we can discuss rescheduling your session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
General
Do you have a studio? No. While studio portraits are beautiful, I prefer lifestyle photography. This means I photograph on location and capture the candid moments that tell a story about this time in your life. During your session, you will interact with your environment and the other people in your party (if you are part of a group) in a setting that is comfortable for you. By letting you choose the setting, I believe you will be more excited and comfortable during your session.
How do I choose a location? If you are having a difficult time deciding where you would like your session to take place, I can always offer suggestions. I have done portrait sessions at a private home, in the park, at various schools, and even on a busy downtown street. Whether you are an active outdoors adventurer or more of a homebody, I am confident we can find the location that will best convey your individual style.
Where are you located? I am based in Moscow, Idaho, but love to travel. Just ask!
What type of payments do you accept? Payments can be made in person by cash, check, or Venmo. All images are purchased through a private online gallery, where I accept credit/debit payments. Please inquire about other image purchase options.
Headshots and Portrait Photography
Can I include my pet? Please do! Your pet is an important part of your life and it makes sense that you would like to have your pet participate. Please let me know when booking your session that you plan to include your pet.
Do you offer sessions on the weekends or in the evening? Yes! I understand that you have a busy schedule that includes work, family, and just plain living. We can work together to schedule a session time that works for you and your life.
How long does a session last? A basic portrait session lasts about 1 hour, but that can vary depending on the complexity of your session, the number of people being photographed, and whether you plan to have a clothing or location change. I will work hard to ensure that our time spent together is productive and enjoyable!
How long do I have to wait to see my images? Your private online viewing gallery will be available 10-14 days after your session. I know you are excited to see what we created and I am just as excited to share!
How will I receive my images? All sessions include a private online viewing gallery. Professional quality prints and high resolution digital downloads can be purchased directly from your gallery. Digital images are delivered by download link and prints can be shipped to an address of your choice (Physical US addresses only - shipping not available for PO Boxes, APO's, FPO's or addresses outside of the US).
Do you have a price list or packages? There is a general description of your investment options available here. Please contact me for specific pricing details and add-on services, such as retouching, large groups, or rush processing.
When do I pay? I require full payment of the session fee to reserve your date. Payment for extended session time, additional locations, and other add-on services are due 1 week prior to your session. Payment for print and digital products are due at the time of order.
Will I be able to share my photos on social media? Yes, the purchase of digital images includes a print/digital release for personal use. This includes posting photos on social media and printing your images for display. In addition, all print products have a low resolution digital file (smaller size) included for sharing on social media or other digital display.
Can I publish my images in a blog or newsletter? Maybe. Commercial use of your images is not covered by my standard photography contract. Please contact me prior to using the image and I am sure that we can work something out.
